Abstract
This articles examines the concept of sexual harassment in the workplace in Nigeria. It examines the meaning of sexual harassment, actions that constitutes sexual harassment, factors that contributes to sexual harassment and the cost of sexual harassment. It also examines the measures to curb the menace of sexual harassment and recommends, inter alia, that the government and other agencies should embark on sensitization to create awareness and curb the huge menace of sexual harassment in the Nigerian society.
